I was worrying about something today...until I realised that I was behaving as if everything was down to me - the whole world was resting on my shoulders! Of course, that was bollocks! There is only so much you can do in any situation - and the fate of the world does not rest solely on your shoulders (unless you are in charge of that red button of course!).
Where are you taking responsibility for things outside your control? Where are you stressing yourself out over something that isn't just about you? Here's a tip: anything involving anyone else is at least 50/50!
