A random act of kindness today - a nice young man carried my bags to the car after a very tiring day. Thanks to Nicky, who convinced me to allow him to help - I was busy being independant and strong and self sufficient. As I always am.
And as we walked to my car (not a million miles away!) I thought 'how lovely, to let someone help me', and how rare it is that I allow it!
So, thank you to that nice young man (make myself sound ancient don't I?!), and thank you to the universe for every bit of help I recieve from the world around me. I'm going to get better at letting it in. Honest.
